Stuart Krauskopf
Stuart P. Krauskopf founded The Law Offices of Stuart P. Krauskopf, P.C. in January 2005, after nineteen years of private practice. He has over 26 years of experience in both corporate transactions and general litigation. Stuart serves as outside general counsel to several large corporations. He has tried cases in areas of personal injury defense, general corporate, insurance coverage, insurance regulation, products liability defense, professional liability and general civil cases. Stuart and his firm are listed in Martindale Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He was honored as an Illinois Super Lawyer and has received other awards as a result of his legal work.
Howard Krauskopf
Howard Krauskopf has been a licensed attorney since 1980. He joined The Law Offices of Stuart P. Krauskopf in late 2010, in an Of Counsel capacity. For thirty years, Howard's practice has focused on civil litigation. He has served as Assistant General Counsel in a national insurance corporation. He has also served as Director of Litigation for a large international insurance company. He has been an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for many years. His practice began at the City of Chicago Corporation Counsel’s office where he tried a wide variety of civil cases. Since that time, he has worked in a variety of areas of civil litigation in construction, corporate, products liability defense, and declaratory judgment actions.
Kurt Kauffman
Kurt A. Kauffman recently became a partner with the Law Offices of Stuart P. Krauskopf, P.C. after several years as an associate with the firm. His practice focuses on business and contract law, and he has over a decade of experience assisting entrepreneurs, professionals, medical practices, and family-owned and privately-held businesses. Kurt regularly advises a broad range of clients, from national companies to regional enterprises and owner-operated businesses, at every phase of the business lifecycle, from formation and day-to-day operations, through exit strategies and succession planning.
Audrey J. McCarthy
Audrey J. McCarthy is an Associate with the Law Offices of Stuart P. Krauskopf, P.C. Audrey's practice is focused on various areas of civil litigation and civil practice, including insurance defense and counseling and advising clients on a daily basis.
Patrick S. Wall
Patrick S. Wall has been an Associate with The Law Offices of Stuart P. Krauskopf, P.C. since 2012. He concentrates his practice in the defense of liability claims and corporate transactional matters. He has defended national corporations, transportation companies, homeowners and landowners against claims ranging in severity and complexity from soft tissue injuries to catastrophic injuries. Pat has represented individuals and corporations in matters through all phases of litigation including trying fourteen matters to verdict, including both bench and jury trials.
