We are excited to announce that Kurt Kauffman was recently elevated to Partner. Kurt concentrates his practice in transactional business law, and has broad experience representing and advising entrepreneurs, key individuals and privately-held companies across a variety of industries.
In the spring of 2012, the firm's Chicago office welcomed a new Associate. Patrick Wall brings to the Litigation Department extensive knowledge of civil litigation, insurance defense, and corporate transactional matters.
